Does Lumio work for institutions outside the UK?
Absolutely. Lumio uses global search data and works for colleges, universities and training providers worldwide, including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe and beyond. There are no geography restrictions.
Is CourseCheck really free?
Yes. Run one full analysis (SEO score, keyword data and competitor comparison) with no account required. Create a free account for one further analysis, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited analyses (up to the daily limit) across all five tools.
Can I try every tool for free?
CourseCheck is the only tool with a free tier. AIChatRank, AIOverview, RivalScan and MetaWriter are available to Pro subscribers only, though each tool page shows a sample report so you can see the output before you subscribe.
Are there usage limits once I'm on Pro?
Yes. Each tool has its own daily cap so the service stays fast and fairly used, resetting at midnight UTC: 30 CourseCheck analyses, 20 RivalScan keyword previews, 5 AIChatRank reports, 50 MetaWriter generations and 50 AIOverview analyses. Full details are on our help page.
What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?
You keep full Pro access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier automatically with no extra charges, and your saved results stay in your account.
Can my whole team use one account?
Yes. There is no user limit on an account, so your entire marketing team can login to the same account and use all the tools. Daily usage limits apply per account rather than per person, so heavy simultaneous use draws from the same daily pool.
